Full Registration includes attendance to all Plenary Sessions and to booked Parallel Sessions and Workshops, the Welcome Reception, Opening and Closing ceremonies, morning & afternoon breaks and a congress kit.

1-day only Registration is only available for July 4^th or 5^th or 6^th, and includes one day attendance to Plenary Sessions and to booked Parallel Sessions and Workshops, morning & afternoon breaks and a congress kit.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Congress participants must be registered.
• Registrations will be processed on a “first come-first served” basis and confirmed on payment only.
  
• A User Profile (User ID and password) shall be generated by filling-in an online form, thus allowing users to further access to their Congress Account at any time and later make their choices (program, cultural offer, additional services). 
  
• The online form will initially enable “Registration” and “Hotel Reservation” only. Later it will be updated with other relevant sections (Parallel Sessions, Workshops, Social and Cultural Activities). Please note that registration to the congress is mandatory in order to book further activities.
• Early registration is recommended to secure participation. The “Early Bird” fee of Euro 300,00 applies up to March 31^st, 2019. In case of any remaining availability, the fee applied after this date is Euro 380,00.
• Accompanying persons do not need to register if they just access to the cultural activities and room-share with a congress participant. They are not entitled to attend any session but will be permitted some restricted access to the main congress venue (limited to the on-site Congress Secretariat area).
• The citizens of Udine and the students of the University of Udine can attend some parallel sessions at special conditions. Registrations will be possible from June 1^st 2019, depending on seat availability.
• Any person not wearing the Congress Badge will be refused access to all Scientific Session rooms/venues (Plenary/Parallel Sessions, Workshops).
• For specific needs due to physical disability or any other need, please contact the Congress Secretariat. Email is the main contact method for all matters between the participants and Key Congressi (Professional Congress Organiser - PCO): ifotes2019@keycongressi.it
  
• Registration for Lecturers, Chairs, Testimonials, IFOTES International Committee members, Congress Steering Committee members and Congress Scientific Committee members will be processed directly by the Congress Secretariat.
• Contribution for participation in the Congress includes € 10,00 subscription for 2019 membership to ARTESS - Association for Research and Training on Emotional Support Skills (Local Organiser). Statutes of ARTESS

HOW TO REGISTER 

INDIVIDUALS: must register through the online form. Payment can be made by credit card (online payment) or bank transfer (not later than 10 days after online registration). 

GROUPS: registrations for more than one person paid by a single third party (e.g. their Organization) will be processed as group registrations. The Organization shall contact the Congress Secretariat by email (ifotes2019@keycongressi.it) to receive specific instructions. To avoid multiple registration, group participants must not register online: they should wait to receive their User ID and password. Group registrations are to be paid by bank transfer only. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Cancellations for hotels booked through the congress web-site are possible at no cost till May 31^st , 2019 (1 month before the congress ). For cancellation made up to June 14^th, the 50% of the cost will be charged. There are no refunds for cancellations made after June 15^th , 2019. Cancellations must be notified by email to ifotes2019@keycongressi.it (PCO). 

If registrations to the congress are cancelled before February 28^th, 2019 the participation fee will be refunded, subject to the deduction of an administrative charge of € 30.- per person. After this date no refund will be possible. However changes of names are possible, with an administrative charge of € 10.- per registration. No refund can be made in the event of non-participation or earlier departure. Cancellations must be made in writing to ifotes2019@keycongressi.it.
