Sesiones plenarias
Las sesiones plenarias están programadas para el 4, 5, 6 de julio (mañana y tarde) y 7 (solo mañana). Todos los participantes registrados están invitados a asistir.

Asamblea General (I - II)

LUNCH BREAKS
The lunch break from 12.30 pm to 13.30 pm is free time and allows the participants to eat and enjoy various cultural and recreational activities (see proposals). Numerous bars and restaurants in the area will be available for congress participants.
To facilitate the organization of the lunch break, we have also provided two options that can be booked online.
For each option, 300 meals a day are available, at a fixed cost for congress participants of 12 euros per person per meal.
NB: for Sunday the service will only be activated with a minimum of 100 reservations.
LUNCH BOX “MAMM – la CICLOFOCACCERIA”
This option is advisable for those who will go for the guided tours during the lunch break or those who wish to spend the lunch break in one of the parks next to the theater area.The lunch box will be distributed from 12.30 to 13.00 in a dedicated area of the theater upon presentation of the pre-purchased voucher. Every day there is a different menu which includes:
a main course with a vegetarian option
b. a second course or fruit
c. water
d. packaging box with cutlery and compostable containers
One of MAMM's strengths and pride is the use of fully compostable cutlery, packaging, glasses and plates. We believe that doing something to leave our children a more ethical and clean world is our primary obligation and since the first day of life of MAMM everything we use to enjoy our food and our drinks is plastic free. This philosophy is also reflected in the use of flour, fruit and vegetables from our region, organic products and raw materials from small artisan producers that enhance the territory.

LUNCH AT SELF SERVICE "RENATI"
For congress participants it is possible to have lunch at the Renati campus self-service restaurant, a few steps away from the conference venue. The university canteen has a covered indoor garden set up with tables and chairs. The self service is open from 12.30 to 14.30 and the service is only accessible upon presentation of the pre-purchased voucher.Every day there is a different menu of your choice, which includes:
a first course to choose from three proposals
b. second course to choose from three proposals
c. side dish
d. fruit or a dessert
e. bottle of water
The menu provides a vegetarian and a celiac offer every day

How to reach Udine
Udine is located in north-eastern Italy. It can be reached by car (motorways A4/E70 and A23/E55), by train or by plane.
Coming by car
If you come by car, take the highway A23 and then take the exit "Udine Nord" or "Udine Sud" (depending on the direction you're coming). Once out the highway, follow the indications to Udine along a free highway called "tangenziale ovest". Then take the exit to the stadium or to the hospital; these are the easiest ways to reach the city center.
Coming by train
Udine is connected by train to Venice and Wien.
To check timetables and train categories, visit the Web site of the Italian Railways. The Website of the German railways is also useful. Remember to stamp your ticket before taking the train.
Coming by plane
There are three main airports close to Udine: Trieste (Ronchi dei Legionari airport), Venezia (Marco Polo airport) and Treviso (Antonio Canova airport).
The Trieste airport
The nearest airport to Udine is the Trieste airport (IATA code TRS).
It is served by some international airlines and has direct connections with the hubs of Milan, Munich, Rome.
From Trieste airport you can reach Udine by train. The train station is directly connected to the airport. Trains to Udine run every day from 6.49 to 19.19. The journey takes approssimately 33 minutes.
There are also direct bus links from the airport to Udine: a bus operated by the APT (bus no. 51) will take you to Udine bus station. You can get timetables here ('Orari'=timetables; they are marked: f=feriale, workdays; Fe=festivo, on sundays and public holidays; G= giornaliero, every day)

The Venice airport
The Venice "Marco Polo" airport (IATA code VCE) is served by all major airlines. From Venice airport you can reach Udine by train. First, you have to go the rail station nearby (called MESTRE).There are convenient bus services to the MESTRE railway station (be careful to take the bus to MESTRE, not to Venice).
Two companies provide the service:
ATVO (blu buses), at variable intervals (every 20-50 minutes). Tickets: ATVO box in the arrivals hall. Journey time: 20 minutes approx.
ACTV (orange buses): line No. 15, every 30 minutes (every 60 min on Sundays). Tickets: inside the arrivals hall. Journey time: 35 minutes approx.
From Mestre railway station, trains run to Udine almost every hour.
The journey takes about 90-100 minutes, depending on the train.
The price of the ticket varies slightly depending on the category of the train (trains in the ES-Eurostar and EC/IC-Intercity category cost more than trains in the IR and R categories, but the latter are slower). In cheaper trains, a second class ticket costs 12,05 euro; in ES trains, about 25 euro including reservation (reservation in ES trains is compulsory).

The Treviso airport
The Treviso airport is served by low cost airlines (Ryanair, Wizz Air, Pobeda Air, Blue Panorama and Albawings), with both domestic and international flights to several Europena countries. It is also connected by bus/train to Venice (see www.trevisoairport.it).
To reach Udine from the Treviso airport take the bus no. 6 to Treviso railway station, and from there take the train to Udine (railway line Venice-Udine). The journey tales approssimately 1 h. and 20'. For more info about the schedule of busses from the Treviso airport visit mobilit
One more option: The Ljubljana Airport
The Ljubljana Airport is located in Slovenia, about180 km from Udine. As the airport of Slovenia’s Capital City, it offers a widerange of international connections, especially with Central and EasternEuropean countries. Although it does not offer convenient public transportationconnections to Udine, car rental and shared shuttle services are available (seewww.fraport-slovenija.si/en/passengers-and-visitors/getting-here/shuttle/ for more information).

GETTING AROUND UDINE
In the historic centre of Udine traffic is limited to taxis, buses and residents, which makes walking quite easy and pleasant. Taxis are white with a “Taxi” sign on the roof. There are several taxi ranks in the city, including near the Duomo and at the train station. You can ask your hotel reception to call a taxi for you or use the following phone number: +39 0432 505858. Udine also has several bus lines operated by the local public transport company SAF. Each bus is marked with the company’s logo. Bus stops are indicated by yellow boards and display the route of the bus line. Bus tickets have to be bought before you get on the bus and stamped with the stamping machine on the bus. Tickets can be bought from newsstands and bars displaying the SAF sign.
INSURANCE and LIABILITY
Participants are advised to arrange health and accident insurance before travelling to the Congress. The Congress Organisers and the Congress Secretariat shall be exempted from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Italy is a signatory to the 1995 Schengen Agreement. Visitors from EU countries can enter Italy with a valid national ID card. Visitors from other countries must have a valid passport. Official invitation letters may be issued to help overcome administrative requirements of some Countries and will be sent upon request. Please note that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of IFOTES or the Congress Organisers or the Congress Secretariat to provide financial assistance.
CURRENCY BANKS EXCHANGE
Italy’s national monetary unit is the Euro (€). Currency exchange is provided by banks and exchange agencies. Banks are open Monday to Friday from 8 / 8.30 to 13 / 13.30. They are also open in the afternoon, usually from 14.30 / 15 to 16 / 16.30.
ATM (Automatic Teller Machine)
ATMs are located all around the city. They can also be used for cash advances on major credit cards such as MasterCard or VISA.

GRADO / AQUILEIA – LA ISLA DORADA y LA CAPITAL DEL MOSAICO ROMANO DEL OESTE

GRADO Y EXPERIENCIA EN BICICLETA A LO LARGO DE LA CICLOVIA ALPE ADRIA
La Ciclovia de Alpe Adria es una ruta ciclista de 415 km que une Grado con Salzburgo, que nace de un proyecto de cooperación transfronteriza para el desarrollo de la movilidad sostenible para crear un enlace directo entre la red ciclista de Europa Central y el Mar Adriático. Desde Grado, un encantador balneario en la laguna de Friuli, llegamos a Aquileia, la antigua capital del Imperio Romano y Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO debido a la inmensidad de su área arqueológica y el valor artístico de sus mosaicos cristianos primitivos. Luego continuamos hacia Palmanova, la ciudad estrella, también declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, cruzando la llanura de Friuli; desde aquí, la ruta va a Udine, donde se encuentran algunos lugares sugestivos como la espléndida Villa Declani en Selvuzzis. La ruta de Grado a Udine es de 59 km y esadecuada para el ciclista medio, reportado y con algunas secciones enpromiscuidad con tráfico motorizado, pero a baja intensidad. El tour ofrece una visita a algunos lugares sugestivos en Friuli occidental, a partir de Spilimbergo, sede de la prestigiosa Escuela de Mosaicos de Friuli, institución única, fundada en 1922, donde las antiguas técnicas de mosaicos romanos y Bizantinos se combinan con las modernas en un Recorrido de experimentación e investigación estética y funcional.
